Shipping Policy

Shipping of the order from www.rrena.in is very safe, secure, and hassle-free.

We provide free delivery/shipping on all items ordered on www.rrena.in within India.

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via the following carrier.


Currently we are not having services to ship internationally.

Customers have to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as it is stated in their photo identification that is approved by the Government) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery.

As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the mentioned below identity proofs to collect the product:-

  • Adhar
  • Passport
  • PAN
  • Driving License
  • Voters ID

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of the courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient’s identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing original copies of identity proof.
 

Packaging:

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is jewellery, gold coin, or solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive box along with the relevant certificates.   1. Customers must reject the package if the package is found to be tampered. It should be reported to us through phone / email.
  2. Our logistics Partner will make totally 3 attempts to deliver the product in case the recipient is not available at the address during his visit. In case the recipient is not reachable / available after these 3 attempts, the product will be returned to us.
  3. Customer can change the delivery address by contacting our support team before the ordered product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, option to change the delivery address will not be available.


Delivery Location:

Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on street etc.

Change in Shipping Address:

– Customer can check the status & track their orders by logging into their My Account section of website.

Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of product.

www.rrena.in  holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website.

 

Shipping on exchance / Buyback/ Returns:

In all the above cases once the request is raised for exchange/ buyback/return, we will provide you with a identification number which needs to be given to our logistic partner(3RD PARTY) OR if our person COLLECTS  IT PERSONALLY.

The charges for the shipping has to be borne by (YOU) the party who wants to return/exchange.

Proper video wherein the parcel is packed properly and given to the logistic partner OR OUR PERSON has to be recorded to avoid any issues in future.
