Returns Policy (for any product purchased on rrena.in )

a) How/Where is it applicable?

www.rrena.in is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order.

You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. You are required to report the defect within 7 days of receipt of the product either by calling us on 022 28922460 or writing to us on  [email protected] . For the refund on the returned defective product please check the section on Refund below.

7- days Return Policy for Domestic orders only:

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.

Product return will be accepted in case of damage on receipt/ in transit  or difference in product design from that on the website. If the customer still wishes to take a refund, no deduction on the product value will be applicable.In this case only if the products are UNUSED, TAG IS INTACT THEN FULL REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER THOROUGH SCRUTINY of the product by our team . this process may take 4-5 days after the receipt of the product.

Return Charges:THE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER/ PURCHASER NOTE: In case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products, except for those cases where a defective product has been delivered.

b) How/Where is it NOT applicable?

The products being offered are handcrafted may vary slightly in physical appearance and upto +-10% in weight. Requests for returns will not be entertained for such variations.

This excludes any product that has been designed through our bespoke service, i.e. designed exclusively for our customer by www.rrena.in  through customization, including engravings, removal of tag; logo etc. In such cases a 10% deduction will be applicable on the invoice value. In case the customer wishes to go for an exchange then 100% value will be adjusted to the exchanged order. Note: While exchanging labour & gemstones amount will be deducted and not refunded/ adjusted against exchange/ replacement.

Loose Solitaire Diamond’s / Gemstones and Gold Coins or Bars and Frames are not covered under this Return policy.This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India) & DGRP Orders.

c) Procedure, Terms & Conditions of Return

  • You can place return request within 7 days of receiving the product through our website rrena.in or by sending an e-mail to “ [email protected] “.
  • Please read the information on your original packing slip.
  • Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice. Securely repack the unused item.
  • Once your package is ready, just call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up at your doorstep.

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution centre as mentioned above.
  • You can expect a refund within 10-14 working days of receiving your returned product to us. The refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
  • In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges after a quality check upon receipt. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.
  • All ‘rrena.in’ jewellery comes with an IGI©, GIA©, or IGJ© appraisal certificate and must be returned with the certificate. If the certificate is not returned, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost. If you do not have the certificate, let us know so we can quote you the exact price for the refund/replacement. www.rrena.in will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments.
  • You are eligible for a Refund on ‘Rrena.in’ for 100% of the purchase value under 7 days return policy, except for invoiced value above Rs.1,00,000. Any order above Rs. 1,00,000 will be eligible for Exchange for full invoice value only. Jewellery Insurance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances in case of returns.
  • rrena.in (Rena Fine Jewellery Pvt Ltd) will provide a “Return Packaging Kit” to the customer while delivering the product. Customers are requested to use only this kit for packing the product when they want to return the product (An instruction sheet enclosed with the package can be referred for further details related to returning of the product). Such packaged products should be handed over to the personnel of the authorized logistics partner of www.rrena.in ONLY (Such logistics partner details will be available in the Portal when the Return request is initiated by the customer). It is also advised to collect the consignment airway bill details for future reference.
  • Customers must video record the entire process of packaging the Return item and handing over to Courier person, for future reference in case of any dispute). rrena.in reserves the right to NOT accept such products which are returned without following the above instructions. Further, www.rrena.in will not accept damaged / tampered packages.
  • This refund policy is not applicable for Customized Ornaments / Nose pins / Gemstones / Gold Coin / Gold Bar / Silver Coin / Silver Bar / Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards and Digital Gift Cards/DHS
  • The return/refund is subject to quality & weight confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team. The amount will be refunded to customer by 10-14 working days after receiving the product without any damage back with us.
  • To raise request for return or refund of missing item or accessory within the shipment, customer is requested to share proof of unboxing video.
  • During Sales return transaction, amount paid through Gift Card will be credited to your wallet and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • THE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER/ PURCHASER

 

Instructions for return packaging:

Step1: Pack the item(s) securely using the extra packing material found along with your order. Do not use the packaging in which your order was packed and sent.

Step2: Do not use cello tape or any kind wrapping on the shipment. Use the seal already provided.

Step3: Shipment should be sealed and packed before handing it to the courier. Only Return Invoices for shipping purposes to be kept outside.

Step4: Please take a video while packing & sealing the bag and handing the parcel to the courier guy for your reference and safety.
